All you need to do is follow the steps below and your new broadband can be up and running within 10 working days, without any downtime on your email or broadband.
- Contact your existing service provider and obtain your MAC code. Your existing provider should give you your MAC with 5 working days
- Sign up online with us using your MAC
- We'll take care of the rest and monitor the switch over to ensure that you experience minimal disruption to your business
